The Guys Who Care North Simcoe Spring Meeting held at the Midland Golf and Country Club on the evening of Monday, May 15th, 2023 was well attended and we welcomed a number of new faces. Pitches were made for three very worthwhile local causes, and when the votes were tallied, the new kid on the block, Georgian Bay Food Network pitched by Leo, crossed the finish line in first place.
A total of $17,675 was presented to Alexandria Hamelin, Executive Director of the Georgian Bay Food Network.
Guys Who Care have now been in existence for 7 years and in that time have raised and donated over $300,000 to 13 local charities. The Guys organization has no overheads and every single dollar raised goes directly to the beneficiary charities.
