Guys Who Care North Simcoe held a well attended Fall Meeting at Lilly’s Italian Eatery on the evening of Monday, November 18th, 2024. From the three local charities presented at the meeting, the Tomkins House of Hospice Huronia was selected as the recipient of the funding raised.
A total of $21,400 was presented to Debbie Kesheshian, Executive Director of Hospice Huronia. The funds will be used to help buy urgently needed medical grade hospital beds and other equipment for the rooms at the centre.
Guys Who Care North Simcoe was formed in 2015 and has since contributed over $400,000 to 13 local charities. The Guys organization has no overheads and every single dollar raised goes directly to the beneficiary charities.
